This covers us coming out to you and the work to get you back in. Any extra parts needed, such as a new lock or cylinder, are quoted separately before we fit them, so there are no surprises.
30-minute response aim
We aim to reach emergency callouts within 30 minutes across Witney and the surrounding area. Actual times can vary a little depending on your location and how busy we are.
No charge if entry isn't gained
If we attend and, for whatever reason, entry isn't gained, you won't be charged at all.
Repairs at no extra cost
Where a repair can fix the problem, we'll always repair rather than replace, at no extra cost. We'll only recommend a replacement when it's genuinely needed.
